More than just an online store, Amazon is rapidly becoming a leading platform for digital commerce across an incredible variety of sectors. The Amazon Bootcamp aims to prepare young graduates with the skills to win in this e-Commerce ecosystem. 

The 2nd edition of the Digital Bootcamp is a development initiative designed to help graduates take their first steps into working in the online sales environment. It is a three-month program aimed at expounding the tools and strategies of selling online aiming to fill the skills gap that the industry is experiencing.

Among the topics to be explored, through interaction with experts, visits to leading brands in Ticino and small-group mentorship, are: Amazon basics, product promotion, SEO and keyword strategies, managing orders, strategies to sell more, managing logistics fulfilment and much more.

How it works

3 months of part-time, evening study at the Dagorà Inovation Hub - Manno (2 evenings per week), complemented by projects, case-studies and sessions with sector experts. At the end, if successful, students are awarded a Certificate by the NetComm Suisse Association.

How to apply

To apply for the bootcamp, you must:

- be a graduate, having finished your university study
- Have a passion for digital and retail
- Have good knowledge of Italian and English
- Have a basic understanding of the digital environment
- Possess some understanding of the retail world
- Be incredibly motivated
