Offering a female perspective on the world of e-Commerce, this event will discuss all aspects of women and e-Commerce, from leadership to online shopping.
The event will look at:
According to the Schilling Report 2015 there are just 3 female CEOs (2.5%) in Switzerland (one of whom is NetComm Suisse associate Swiss Post’s Susanne Ruoff) and 52 women (6%) who take their seats at Executive Board meetings.
Meanwhile 83-87% of online purchasing decisions are made by women (comScore report), representing a mixed picture of workers, mothers, carers, home and business owners, of all ages, with different interests and concerns.
This event will look at the work that needs to be done to achieve a better gender balance at the top and whether female leadership can improve the shopping experience for female online shoppers.
