e-Luxury Summit

Organized by NetComm Suisse, e-Luxury Summit is an exclusive one-day event discussing how the leading luxury brands are embracing digital technologies to meet HNWIs’ ever-evolving – and increasingly demanding – requirements. Switzerland is known for its long tradition of craftmanship as well as its newer, but by no means less mighty, prowess in digital innovation, making it the perfect place for pioneering luxury customer experiences.

Held in the glamorous surroundings of The Ritz in Geneva, at the heart of the Swiss hard luxury, the conference will be attended by invite-only guests representing leading luxury brands.

The agenda will be filled with panels and speeches – in addition to time dedicated to high-level networking – debating the pioneering ways luxury brands are adopting digital, increasingly investing in e-Commerce, refining their omni-channel approach and creating seamless experiences between the online and physical worlds.

Specifically, we will focus on:

  • insights into the luxury customer market (investing in luxury, luxury consumer trends, customer expectations, building loyalty)
  • luxury accessories and e-Commerce (watches, jewelry, shoes and bags)
