Carole Aubert is Head of the Internet Unit (dedicated service to fight against the online sale of counterfeited watches) since 2005 at the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry FH. She is in charge of defining strategic and operational actions in this area.
Born in 1972, she holds a degree in law (1995) and obtained a MLaw in Legal Issues, Crime and Security of New Technologies from the University of Lausanne in 2005. She is admitted to the Swiss bar since 1999. She has acquired an extensive and practical knowledge in these areas, both in legal and technical issues. She works besides this as an independent attorney specialized in IT, technology and Intellectual Property law in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
