Cristina began her career in the Marketing Division of a large publishing group.
She’s been working in the Market Research industry since 1994 and started to built up her Brand&Comm experience in primary schools (Ipsos / Explorer, Doxa and Millward Brown).
She joined TNS in 2006, as Head of Finance Industry, and led the department from 2008 to 2012 with excellent results in terms of business development, gaining an in-depth experience in customer experience, reputation and employee engagement.
In 2012 she was appointed Customer Experience Practice Lead for TNS Italy while she was also Consumer Insight Director, with Operations and Marketing in direct report to her.
Since September 2014, she is Chief Client Officer.
She studied Political Science at Milan University, deepened her management skills with a Master in Management promoted by IDI and, after that, she attended the Social Science Data Analysis and Collection lectures at the Essex University, UK.
