In the last ten years my professional path has been focused into Retail and Fashion, analyzing the typical peculiarities that distinguish this industry. Formerly, I approached the traditional retail sectors (grocery, toys, garden and sunglass) then, following the fashion companies’ retailization process, I supported the transformation programs for the main fashion leading brands. During these experiences I have had the opportunity to approach the main processes from planning to sourcing, merchandising, logistics, finance, store operations and distribution, Multichannel Retailing. I have so built up a deep knowledge of the main industry processes and consolidated a strong project management experience within complex and strategic plans at worldwide level.
