Lukas Bühlmann was admitted to the bar in 2001 and holds an LL.M. in European Community Law from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. He studied at the Universities of Lausanne and East Anglia, Norwich, UK. Lukas Bühlmann is specialized in advising on legal issues in distribution, e-commerce, internet, advertising and competition law. Prior to founding BÜHLMANN ATTORNEYS AT LAW, Lukas Bühlmann was an associate at a leading business law firm in Zurich and has been partner in another business law firm in Zurich since 2005.
Lukas Bühlmann is a former Chair of the Product & Advertising Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), a member of ITechLaw as well as the Swiss-German Chamber of Commerce as well as the European Forum for External Trade, Excise and Customs (EFA).
