Fashion - Consumer Behavior Report 2020

Fashion is one of the most advanced industries in the digital market. Brands are investing a lot of resources to build up sophisticated user experiences across a multitude of touchpoints. In this report, we examine the fashion buying behaviour of Swiss consumers with regard to the use of e-Commerce, Omnichannel services, shopping inspiration and use of AR/VR applications and other emergent technologies which are promising to transform the sector further, adding value to all stakeholders. Importantly, we also explore the theme of sustainability within the fashion and FashionTech sector, looking at its impact on the entire value chain, from supply to operations to the shopping experience.
