Key Enables for the Swiss International eCommerce Success

eCommerce is on the rise. The share of online shoppers in the Swiss population aged between 16 and 65 increase from 78% in 2014 to 86% in 2017. Selling goods online offers merchants the opportunity to exand their playing field and sell their products on an intenational scale. However, the processes behind international onlne sales are not simple; there are many potential friction points and obstacles to tackle along the way. In this report, we identify the challenges Swiss online merchants face when selling online abroad and best practice they adopt to overcome them.
