Donatella Paschina

Donatella Paschina is the CIO of Ermenegildo Zegna Group, the worldwide leader in luxury menswear present in more than 35 countries. The experience gained in the Manufacturing and Retail comes after a long career spent in large companies of the Travel and Transportation Industry. In her career, Donatella held several managerial roles, mainly in the Information Systems, but also in Purchasing, Planning and Organization. Donatella started her career in the ‘80s as Operations Researcher in an Airline Company, after graduating with honors in Economic Sciences from the University of Rome, Italy. Since then, she has always promoted and managed the IT lever as a tool for processes simplification, corporate information enhancement and business innovation.
