Gerd Mittmann

Gerd Mittmann joined Shutterstock in 2011 where he led the company’s International efforts, from product localization to content sourcing, marketing, sales and staffing.
He is currently VP of Marketing for APAC and EMEA, focusing on marketing efforts to Shutterstock customers and contributors in those regions.

Gerd previously worked as VP of International at WeightWatchers.com where he was responsible for their International subscription businesses in EMEA and APAC. He started his career in publishing, where he held various positions at IDG Communications in Germany. Gerd has a BA in English and Geography from the University of Augsburg in Germany.
